As CEO, Ramin brings 20 years of industry experience as a strategic and operating leader of both small and large organizations, and has a strong track record of developing innovative products in both emerging and mature markets. Ramin joined Sumo Logic from VMware where he formulated the strategy for and built the industry’s leading private cloud management products. The Cloud Management Business Unit became the fastest growing business within VMware, with nearly $1 billion in revenue during his nearly five-year tenure. Previously, Ramin held executive roles at leading enterprises, including Vice President of Products and Strategy at HP Software, Senior Director of Products at Mercury Software, Director of Products and Solutions at TIBCO, Product Line Marketing Manager at iPlanet Software, and Product Line Marketing Manager at Netscape. He also serves on the technology and executive boards of various startup companies. Ramin holds an MBA from San Jose State University and B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Co-Founder and CTO
As a co-founder and CTO of Sumo Logic, Christian Beedgen brings 18 years experience creating industry-leading enterprise software products. Since 2010 he has been focused on building Sumo Logic’s multi-tenant, cloud-native machine data analytics platform which is widely used today by more than 2,000 customers and 50,000 users. Prior to Sumo Logic, Christian was an early engineer, engineering director and chief architect at ArcSight, contributing to ArcSight’s SIEM and log management solutions.

A strong advocate for her clients, her team and women in technology, Lynne Doherty is passionate about building inclusive and diverse teams, who consistently deliver a premium experience to customers and thrive on the creativity that drives world-class innovation.
As President of Worldwide Field Operations at Sumo Logic, Lynne is responsible for sales, pre-sales, channel and customer success teams, driving revenue in one of the fastest growing markets in the technology space. In the rapidly evolving work environment, companies increasingly look for solutions to help them simplify, drive efficiency and stay secure. Sumo Logic is the industry leading solution to solve these challenges, as the first and only cloud-native, SaaS technology, with a Continuous Intelligence Platform that puts the power of machine data analytics in the hands of everyone.
Lynne has been leading sales organizations and driving positive business outcomes for customers for more than 20 years. Lynne joined Sumo from McAfee, where she was Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing where she was responsible for their enterprise sales, pre-sales, channel and marketing teams. In her time at McAfee, she led them through their initial public offering, sale of the enterprise business, spin-out as a new company, and acquisition of FireEye Products.
Prior to McAfee, Lynne spent nearly 15 years at Cisco and most recently was Senior Vice President of US Commercial Sales- Cisco’s largest, single-market sales organization. In this role, she oversaw a team of more than 2,000 employees, drove $8B in revenue annually, serving 400,000+ accounts. Prior to that, Lynne was Vice President of Americas Security Sales, responsible for over $2B across the US, Canada and Latin America.
Throughout her career in various leadership, sales and engineering roles, Lynne has built a reputation for leading high-performing, international organizations that capitalize on competitive opportunities and cultivate innovative initiatives to disrupt markets and drive technology adoption.
Lynne has a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She lives in Denver, CO with her husband, is an avid cycler and loves to bake in her spare time.
Chief Financial Officer
Stewart has been leading finance and operations teams for public and private technology companies for more than 25 years. He joins Sumo Logic from Delphix, a leader in DevOps software, where he served as CFO. In addition, Stewart previously spent 8 years as CFO at ArcSight, the first generation SIEM leader. He also serves on the audit committee board for Anomali and was previously audit committee chair for Ruckus Wireless. Earlier in his career, Stewart worked at KPMG and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from McGill University.
General Counsel
Katherine (Kiki) Haar was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Informatica. Prior to becoming General Counsel, Kiki was Deputy General Counsel, Corporate & Compliance, and was the primary attorney responsible for mergers & acquisitions, including Informatica’s $5.3 billion leveraged buyout by Permira Funds and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. As deputy general counsel, Kiki was also responsible for a broad range of legal matters such as corporate governance, regulatory compliance & SEC reporting, equity & employment arrangements, privacy & data security, social media & intellectual property issues, and international legal affairs. Kiki joined Informatica in February 2010. Prior to Informatica, Kiki was a Corporate and Securities Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., from October 2000 to January 2010. At WSGR, she specialized in public and private offerings, public company representation, and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout her career, Kiki has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including enterprise software, telecommunications, entertainment and clean technologies, and investment banking firms.
Chief Marketing Officer
Suku Krishnaraj brings over 25 years of experience in marketing to B2B enterprises and developers, within Analytics, IT management and IaaS/PaaS markets. As CMO at Sumo Logic, Suku is responsible for GTM strategy & growth, in close partnership with Sales & Products, including creating messaging and positioning, growing brand awareness, and acquiring customer demand globally via differentiated customer experiences. Prior to Sumo Logic, Suku headed the Cloud Business Unit at CenturyLink as their VP/General Manager managing P&L & GTM of the Cloud and managed hosting businesses. He came into CenturyLink through an acquisition of an early stage PaaS startup - AppFog where he was building large-scale developer community. Prior to AppFog, Suku was an SVP of Product Strategy at SolarWinds where he built a bottom-up high-velocity GTM and demand generation engine for expanding into adjacent IT management markets. Prior to SolarWinds, Suku led product management and product marketing functions for a variety of IT Operations management products with Mercury, Hewlett Packard, and Precise companies. Suku started his career in Engineering, building large-scale distributed systems as a Software Developer with BFL Software, VeriFone, and Hewlett Packard companies in Bangalore, India. Suku has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Mysore University, India, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
SVP of Finance & Chief Accounting Officer
Jennifer McCord is our Chief Accounting Officer. Jennifer has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in public companies and high-growth pre-IPO organizations, including global controllership and revenue, SEC reporting and technical accounting, corporate financial planning and analysis, and acquisition finance and integrations. Most recently, Jennifer served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller at Duo Security, recently acquired by Cisco Systems. Before Duo, she was Vice President, Corporate Controller, at Apttus, a SaaS provider of Quote-to-Cash software. Prior to Apttus, she held a variety of leadership positions at other high-growth technology companies such as GoFundMe, the world’s largest online fundraising platform, Guidewire, a software company providing property and casualty insurance claims management, Centrify, a leader in privileged identity management, and Oracle. Earlier in her career, Jennifer worked for some of the world’s most recognized brands including Blue Coat Systems (acquired by Symantec), Gap Inc, PG&E, and she began her career consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jennifer holds a B.S in Finance from Arizona State University.
SVP, Corporate Development & Strategic Business Operations
John Coyle brings more than 20 years of industry experience and insight across security, DevOps, open source software and mobility. He is responsible for spearheading Sumo Logic’s business and corporate development efforts. He joins Sumo Logic from Sauce Labs, where he led business and corporate development and helped the company triple sales in three years through strategic partnerships and a major acquisition. Prior to this he was at MobileIron, where he held corporate and business development roles, joining the company after its acquisition of Averail, where he led all go-to-market efforts. Coyle has also held sales and business development leadership positions at organizations including Symantec and Opera Software. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker and a senior equity research executive at JMP Securities and Merrill Lynch. John earned his BA and MBA from the University of Notre Dame where he was an All-American distance runner in both cross country and track and field.
Chief Communications & Brand Officer
Aaron brings over 20 years of experience leading high-impact teams and helping technology heavyweights and disruptors elevate their position, build their brand and grow their business. As CCO, Aaron is responsible for Sumo Logic’s worldwide brand and market position, including overseeing the following functions: corporate, brand and customer marketing, strategic events, communications, and category thought leadership. Previously, Aaron spent six years at VMware, where he built and led the global team responsible for communicating the Company’s vision, strategy and values during a period of rapid growth — $2B to $5B in revenue. In addition, Aaron was responsible for the market introduction of VMware NSX, the transformative network virtualization platform that grew from several million to several hundred million dollars in revenue in under three years.Aaron currently serves as advisor to several early stage startups and non-profits who are working to bring new ideas to market.
Chief Security Officer
As Sumo Logic’s Chief Security Officer, George Gerchow brings over 20 years of information technology and systems management expertise to the application of IT processes and disciplines. His background includes the security, compliance, and cloud computing disciplines. Mr. Gerchow has years of practical experience in building agile security, compliance teams and, modern day Security Operation Centers in rapid development organizations. These insights make him a highly regarded speaker, and invited panelist on topics including DevSecOps, cloud secure architecture design, virtualization, compliance, Bug Bounties, and operational security and compliance. George has been on the bleeding edge of public cloud security and privacy since being a co-founder of the VMware Center for Policy & Compliance. Mr. Gerchow is also an active Board Member for several technology start-ups and the co-author of the Center for Internet Security – Quick Start Cloud Infrastructure Benchmark v1.0.0 and the MISTI Fundamentals in Cloud Security. Chief Customer Officer
As chief customer officer, Dione is responsible for Sumo Logic’s customer operations and renewals, including customer success, professional services, global support, and education. Dione has over 25 years of experience in enterprise IT that range from start-ups to high growth public companies and brings a passion for building customer outcome driven organizations in SaaS companies and instilling the operational rigor needed for scale as well as personally managing client executive relationships. Prior to joining Sumo Logic, Dione was executive vice president of customer success at Apptio, where she successfully helped the company scale from a start-up and through a public offering as well as executive leadership positions at Precise Software Solutions and Mercury Interactive. She holds a B.S. in computer science and engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Chief Human Resources Officer
As chief human resources officer, Sophie is responsible for Sumo Logic’s global people strategy and operations, from developing and retaining world-class talent, a deep commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equality, and ensuring we deliver engaging and career-defining experiences for our people. Sophie has almost 30 years of experience in the technology sector, starting with a decade at Accenture where she was a developer and client-facing consultant. Her passion for enabling people to thrive and excel took her to people-focused roles throughout her career, at large public companies and high-growth startups where she led people strategies that focused on employee opportunity, impact, and growth. She has a deep commitment to culture, operational maturity, and core values that enable organizations to be both stewards of employee success and business-focused performance. Prior to joining Sumo Logic, Sophie was senior vice president of people at PagerDuty, where she successfully helped the company scale from a start-up to a global, high-performing Saas business, primed for success in the public markets. Sophie has also held global executive and management roles at Mercury Interactive, Juniper Square, Nimsoft, and Salesforce.com. She holds a joint honors B.A. in politics and history from the University of York in the United Kingdom.
Founding Chief Strategy Officer
Bruno leads strategy and solutions for Sumo Logic, pioneering machine-learning technology to address growing volumes of machine data across enterprise networks. Before Sumo Logic, he served as Vice President of Product Management for SIEM and log management products at SenSage. Before joining SenSage, Bruno developed and implemented growth strategies for large high-tech clients at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He spent six years at webMethods, where he was a Product Group Director for two product lines, started the west coast engineering team and played a key role in the acquisition of Active Software Inc. Bruno also served at Andersen Consulting’s Center for Strategic Technology in Palo Alto and founded a software company that developed handwriting and voice recognition software. Bruno holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and B.A. in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from University of St. Thomas, St.Paul, MN.

Tej Redkar is the Chief Product Officer for Sumo Logic. Tej has been building enterprise software products for more than 24 years. He has led engineering, product management, user experience, tech operations, and data science teams several times in his career in industry-leading organizations such as Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Jive, AppDynamics, and LogicMonitor. Tej brings the right balance of business and deep technical expertise to any executive team to drive mentorship, strategy, and execution to benefit the overall business.

Joseph is a Partner at Greylock focused on investing in enterprise applications, security and storage as well as new emerging mobile applications. Prior to joining Greylock, Joseph spent the majority of his career as an entrepreneur. He was CEO and co-founded several companies including Vontu, which was acquired by Symantec in November 2007 for $350 million. Prior to Vontu, Joseph co-founded and was CEO of Connectify which was acquired by Kana and subsequently went public in 1999. Joseph also worked at Macromedia and Apple which acquired his first company, Trio Development. Joseph received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he is currently a member of the Wharton Undergraduate Executive Board.

Sandra Bergeron is a well known and highly respected technology executive in Silicon Valley. Mrs. Bergeron currently serves as a director of F5 Networks (FFIV), Qualys, Inc. (QLYS), and Sumo Logic, Inc. She previously served as a director of the following companies prior to their acquisition: Sophos Group PLC (acquired by Thoma Bravo), Tipping Point (acquired by 3Com), Netegrity (acquired by CA), Nuance Communications (acquired by ScanSoft), TriCipher (acquired by VMware), and ArcSight (acquired by HP).
Ms. Bergeron retired from McAfee, Inc in 2005, after a ten year career. While at McAfee, she held a number of key executive positions, including head of research and development, President of the PGP Security division, and head of corporate strategy and mergers/acquisitions. Prior to McAfee, her experience was in software development for various technology companies.
In 2019, Ms. Bergeron was voted one of Most Influential Corporate Board Directors by WomenInc. Magazine.
Ms. Bergeron holds an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Cum Laude) from Georgia State University, where she was named to the Hall of Fame at the J. Mack Robinson School of Business. She received both a Distinguished Alumni award and a Technology Leadership award from Georgia State University.

Margaret Francis is President & COO of Armory. She has been a member of the Armory Board of Directors since 2020. Prior to Armory, Margaret ran the Data Products portfolio for Salesforce Platform and was Senior Vice President, Product and GM of Heroku. In that role she led product strategy and ran business and operations for Heroku within Salesforce.
Margaret joined Salesforce through the acquisition of ExactTarget, where she was Vice President of Product, managing the social products portfolio. ExactTarget was acquired by Salesforce in 2013, after its IPO in 2012.
Margaret has co-founded two venture backed companies, one in the metrics visualization/ marketing performance management space and one in social analytics, and worked as a strategy consultant across industries as diverse as retail, energy, financial services and high tech. A native of Washington DC, she holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and an MFA from SFAI.

John D. Harkey, Jr. is the Founder of JDH Investment Management, LLC. John is an entrepreneur, businessman and philanthropist and has served on the board of directors of eight (8) public companies in energy, aerospace, telecommunications, biotech and restaurants, and private companies in healthcare, animal health, farm and ranch products and software development. He is Co-Founder and formerly Executive Chairman of the Board of AveXis, Inc., which was acquired in 2018 by Novartis AG. AveXis develops proprietary gene therapies for Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a previously incurable children’s disease. He is also Chairman of the Board of Dialectic Therapeutics, Inc., which is developing cancer immunotherapies. He is also a Co-Founder and currently serves on the Board of Cessation Therapeutics, a developer of vaccines for addictions to fentanyl, heroin and nicotine. He serves on the Board of Directors of Durvet, Inc., one of the nation’s largest distributors of animal healthcare products. He also serves on the boards of MD Anderson Cancer Center, Baylor Healthcare Foundation, the State Fair of Texas, the Dallas Arboretum and the Circle Ten Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He was a lead investor and served on the Board of CerSci Therapeutics, which has a primary compound for a non-opioid severe pain reliever. CerSci was acquired in 2020 by Acadia Pharmaceuticals. He is formerly the Chairman of the Board of Regency Gas Partners, L.P. and has served on the Board of Directors of the Energy Transfer LP companies. He formerly served on the Board of Directors of Loral Space & Communications, Inc., which merged with Telesat, and on the Board of Directors of Emisphere Technologies, Inc. which was acquired by Novo Nordisk, and formerly served on Board of Directors of Leap Wireless International, Inc., which was acquired by AT&T.

Tracey Newell brings a great deal of go-to-market experience in high growth software companies. Tracey is President of Informatica’s global sales, marketing and customer success teams, where she is instrumental in driving Informatica’s growth engine. Prior to joining Informatica, Tracey was executive vice president of global field operations at Proofpoint. Under her leadership, Proofpoint saw rapid growth, becoming a top five leader in the cybersecurity market. She has also led high growth sales leadership teams at Polycom, Juniper Networks, and at Cisco WebEx.
Recognized as a Top 100 Sales Leader by The Modern Sale, Tracey currently serves on the Board of Directors of SailPoint, and served on the Informatica board of directors from June 2016 to June 2018.

Timothy Youngblood is the Senior Vice President, Chief Security Officer, and Product Security Officer for T-Mobile, Inc leading the company's cybersecurity organization. Timothy is responsible for overseeing digital security, risk management, and product security. Timothy drives the strategic cybersecurity direction for T-Mobile.
Before T-Mobile, Timothy was the Chief Information Security Officer for McDonald's Corporation. He led securing the companies digital platforms for 65 million visitors a day across 38,000 restaurant locations globally.
Timothy established the CISO roles for two major industry brands being the first global CISO's for Dell, Inc and Kimberly Clark Corporation. Timothy aligned the security strategy to business objectives and continuously reported progress to the Board of Directors. He has also worked in leadership roles at KPMG LLP, providing advisory services to industry-leading companies.
Timothy has received several industry awards and is inducted into the CSO Hall of Fame, IDC. and is a recognized Evanta top ten CISO leader and 100 top global CISO's in the industry.
Timothy has served on several supporting board councils, including St. Jude Hospital/ALSAC Technology Advisory Council. Timothy works with several venture capital groups that focus on cybersecurity, such as Glilot Capital Partners (Worlds Top Venture Cybersecurity Fund) Board of Experts, CyberStarts, .406 Ventures, and Insight Partners.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University and a Master Degree in Science and Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin.
Strategic Advisor
Lisa Hammitt is a 28-year veteran in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, with a track record of building $100M+ businesses. Lisa is currently sits on the board of directors for Clear Channel Outdoor (NYSE: CCO), Glassbox, Quantum Thought and chairs the board of Beseeq, Inc., an AI-driven start-up. She is currently employed as a Global Vice President of Data and AI at VISA.
Before VISA and her board seats, Lisa ran Watson at IBM and held senior positions in AI and Data at Salesforce and HP. She is an advisor to the University of California at San Francisco Medical Center, the US Department of Defense and is member of the Executive Committee for IEEE’s Data Ethics and Privacy by Design. Lisa is the primary inventor of a broad patent titled “Ontology-Driven Information System” and has other patents pending related to extracting user profiles, homomorphic encryption, assessing engagement and deep learning using convolutional neural networks. She has degrees from UC Berkeley and has completed graduate-level AI coursework at Stanford and executive education at Harvard.
